Changeline terms of use

These terms apply when you use Changeline (the website changeline.app and the app at app.changeline.app). By creating an account you agree to them. Questions: contact@changeline.app.

The service

• Changeline lets you log marketing changes on a shared timeline and share projects with your team and clients.
• Changeline is free during early access. If we introduce paid plans, we will tell you at least 30 days in advance. Nothing becomes paid without your explicit choice.

Your account

Keep access to your e-mail secure: it is how you sign in. You are responsible for what happens in your account and for the people you add to your projects.

Your content

• What you log belongs to you or your organisation. You give us permission to store it and show it to you and to the people you share it with, only to run the service.
• Do not log passwords, API keys, payment data or sensitive personal data about others. You are responsible for having the right to log what you add.

Acceptable use

Do not use Changeline to break the law, to harm others, to send spam, or to try to access data that is not yours. Do not disrupt or overload the service. We may suspend accounts that do.

Availability

• Changeline is a young product and is provided "as is". We work to keep it available and your data safe, but we cannot promise it will always be error-free or uninterrupted. Features may change.
• If we ever close the service, we will give at least 30 days' notice and help you get a copy of your data on request.

Liability

To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect losses, such as lost profits or lost data, arising from using Changeline. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have under consumer law that cannot be waived.

Ending

You can stop using Changeline and ask us to delete your account at any time. We may end or suspend access if these terms are broken.

Changes to these terms

If we change these terms in a way that matters, we will update this page and tell account holders by e-mail before the change applies.
