Changeline data deletion

This page explains how to delete the data Changeline holds about you, including data imported from Google Ads and Meta Ads. You can do most of it yourself in the app; for anything else, write to contact@changeline.app. See also our Privacy policy.

Disconnect an integration

• In the app, open the project and click Integrations.
• Under your connected logins, click Disconnect and confirm. Changeline revokes the access token with Google or Meta and deletes it, so it can no longer read your ad accounts.

Delete the imported history

• In Integrations, under the accounts linked to the project, click Unlink and choose Unlink and delete imported history. The changes imported from that account are deleted from the project.
• If you choose Unlink, keep history, the imported changes stay on the timeline until you delete them or delete the project.

Delete everything

Deleting a project deletes everything in it, including imported changes. Deleting your Changeline account deletes your account data, as described in the privacy policy. Sync logs (technical records of each import) are kept for 90 days.

Revoke access at Google or Facebook

• Google: open myaccount.google.com/permissions, choose Changeline and remove its access.
• Facebook: open Settings → Business integrations, find Changeline and click Remove.

Ask us to delete your data

Write to contact@changeline.app from the e-mail address of your Changeline account and say what you want deleted. We reply and complete the deletion within 30 days.
