Is Changeline free right now?
Yes. During early access every feature is free and no card is needed. When paid plans launch, nothing is charged automatically: you pick a plan yourself, and we tell you well before that day.
What is the difference between an editor and a viewer?
Editors log and edit changes. Viewers can read the timeline, filter it and see the edit history, but cannot change anything. Viewers are free on every plan, so you can invite clients and managers without paying for a seat.
What happens when the Free plan reaches 100 changes?
Everything you logged stays, and you can still read and share it. To log or import new changes, upgrade to Pro or Team.
Can I cancel anytime?
Yes. Your plan runs until the end of the period you paid for and does not renew. If you ask within 14 days of a payment, you get a full refund, with no conditions.
Why are prices different by country?
We adjust prices to local purchasing power and charge in local currency where we can. Sales taxes such as VAT are calculated at checkout based on where you are.
Who processes the payments?
Our order process is conducted by our online reseller Paddle.com. Paddle.com is the Merchant of Record for all our orders and handles checkout, invoices, sales tax and refunds.
